Simmering Down...

So I didn't workout yesterday. I'm ok
I did yoga today. Its not working out, but its ok

Small strides, patient with progress, stay positive.

I am looking forward to working with weights this week again.
Maybe I'll be a lot smarter and not push myself too hard.
I really should start learning from my mistakes.
Enoughs enough.

My YOYB is on track...it really is.
